Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems team in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role requires a DoD Secret clearance and delivers work across RF, analog and digital circuits, testing and debugging complex hardware, with hands-on troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues from production to integration. Travel is less than 10% and the shift is 1st.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, or Mathematics; 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design/analysis; DSP experience.
• Familiarity with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, spectrum/ network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with testing and debugging of circuit cards or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 10% annually.
• Shift: 1st shift.
