Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive program execution across the product lifecycle, including cost and schedule oversight. You will perform hands-on debugging of circuit cards and hardware while coordinating with Operations, Quality and other engineering teams.

U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required. The role offers a 9/80 schedule, relocation eligibility and comprehensive RTX benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF, analog, digital or mixed-signal circuit design/analysis and/or DSP.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with digital, analog, RF hardware testing and debugging of circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 10% annually; work on 1st shift.
