Job summary

RTX is hiring an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to oversee program execution, including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. You will support development and sustainment of airborne electrical products and collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.

The role requires a DoD Secret security clearance; travel is minimal and a 1st shift is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis; familiarity with lab equipment like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging of circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to document concurrence and resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 10% annually; participate in 1st shift duties.
