Job summary

Raytheon, part of RTX, is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ. The role drives program execution across the product lifecycle and supports airborne electrical products.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and engineering to resolve issues, lead technical projects, and mentor junior staff. This onsite, 1st shift position offers relocation eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or DSP.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment (waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
• Experience leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with digital, analog, RF hardware testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 10% annually.
• Shift Information: 1st shift.
