Job summary

Raytheon is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and multiple engineering disciplines, lead technical projects, and travel less than 10% annually on the 1st shift, with a 9/80 schedule and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree.
• 8 years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
• Experience with leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills across digital, analog and/or RF hardware; troubleshoot complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually.
