Job summary

Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is hiring an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. Work with cross-functional teams to enable successful production, testing, and integration of airborne electrical products.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, collaboration with Operations, and opportunities for RTX Core Certification and REA Training.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience.
Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
