Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first fintech company redefining credit and payment flexibility. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and scale partner integrations with platform partners and vertical software.

You will partner with commercial, risk, design, analytics, and engineering to define features, roadmap, and success metrics, crafting durable growth capabilities that speed future integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy that speeds future integrations.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
