Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and grow Affirm's partner portfolio and accelerate integrations with platform partners. You will work with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch and grow platform integrations, while building durable capabilities for faster, scalable partner onboarding.

The role emphasizes collaboration, outcomes, and a bias for action, with remote-first flexibility and occasional office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Ability to ship high-quality products on time.
• Comfort with commercial aspects of product development and external-facing work.
• Bonus points for Fintech, Lending, e-commerce, or BNPL experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through Partner Acceleration Strategy for faster future integrations.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies.
