Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform partnerships. You will drive integrations with payment and platform partners, and build durable capabilities for faster future launches.

You’ll collaborate across commercial, merchant risk, design, analytics, and engineering to define features, set OKRs, and craft go-to-market plans. A strong track record in product delivery and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and a track record of shipping impactful software products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, including engineers, designers and data analysts.
• Ability to turn incomplete inputs into clear, actionable plans.
• Proven capability to manage end-to-end product development and delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy for faster future integrations.
• Develop relationships with platform partners and use feedback to drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with commercial and product marketing teams.
