Affirm, a remote-first fintech company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its 1:Many Growth team to own and scale partner integrations across platform partners. You will collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch, and grow platform partnerships that drive merchant growth and improved customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy that makes future partner integrations faster to launch.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, and use it to drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
