Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and expand platform partnerships and integrations. You will partner with commercial, risk, design, analytics, and engineering to deliver scalable, repeatable partner experiences, and you will drive growth through durable capabilities that speed up future integrations.

You will collaborate across disciplines to shape roadmaps, measure outcomes with OKRs, and influence go-to-market plans for new features and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multi-party software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to drive alignment.
• Bias for action and outcomes-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Develop a durable Partner Acceleration Strategy for faster future integrations.
• Build relationships with platform partners and translate feedback into growth.
• Prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Own the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Establish success metrics/OKRs to measure impact.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with commercial and marketing teams.
