Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team. You will own integrations with platform partners, define the partner roadmap, and drive scalable growth across merchant and platform ecosystems.

You’ll work with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to ship durable partner capabilities, hit OKRs, and build go-to-market plans for new features with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate inputs into clear product plans and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve experience for customers, partners, and merchants.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
