Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform partner integrations, accelerating future partner launches and scale. You will partner with commercial, design, analytics, and engineering to define roadmaps, measure impact, and optimize merchant growth.

You will drive durable capabilities, influence go-to-market strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery across remote-first teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex dynamics.
• Execution-oriented with a proactive approach to blockers and obstacles.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
• Comfortable engaging in commercial aspects of product development and external representation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy.
• Develop relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many Growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing for go-to-market strategies.
