Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first fintech company, seeks a Senior Product Manager for its 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform integrations with merchants and partners. You will drive partnerships that simplify onboarding and expansion across a broad partner network, shaping the future of Affirm’s growth strategy.

You will collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, analytics and engineering to define roadmaps, track OKRs, and build repeatable capabilities that accelerate future deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Experience in fintech, lending, ecommerce, or BNPL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities to accelerate future partner integrations.
• Develop relationships with platform partners to gather feedback.
• Define and prioritize features to improve experience for customers, partners, and merchants.
• Own the product roadmap for the 1:Many Growth team.
• Establish success metrics and OKRs for these initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial and product marketing on go-to-market strategies.
