Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own and expand platform partnerships and accelerate future integrations.

You will collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch and grow integrations with platform partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to translate inputs into clear plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, design, data analytics, and commercial teams.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
• Comfort engaging in commercial aspects and external representation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams for go-to-market strategies.
