Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit to be honest and friendly, giving consumers flexibility to buy now and pay later without hidden fees or compounding interest. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own and grow the partner integrations that reach merchants across platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define, launch and scale platform partnerships, building durable acceleration capabilities and metrics to drive merchant growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex dynamics.
• Execution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
• Adept at transforming incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
• Comfortable representing the product externally and influencing outcomes with partners.
• Bonus: Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy that makes future partner integrations faster to launch.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, and use it to drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
