Affirm is redefining credit with a remote-first culture focused on transparent, straightforward experiences. As a Senior Product Manager on the Terms and Payments team, you will shape the term and payment selection experiences at checkout to boost clarity and confidence for millions of users.

You will lead cross-functional collaborations across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to move concepts from discovery to launch and iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience and clear interactions.
• Analytical rigor and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience where users select terms and payments to drive conversion.
• Design and run experiments to improve understanding of terms for the user.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and analytics.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to understand regulatory requirements impacting UX.
• Work with international partners to expand terms experience to new markets.
• Develop deep understanding of user behavior and share insights with stakeholders.
• Drive a high-leverage roadmap and oversee execution from concept to launch and iteration.
