Affirm is transforming credit to be honest and friendly. As a Senior Product Manager on the Terms and Payments team, you will design term and payment selection experiences to boost clarity and confidence at checkout.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics, driving cross-functional impact. You will own the core checkout experience, run experiments, and ship new UX patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience.
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, engineering, analytics and research.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience where users select terms and payments.
• Design and run experiments to improve term selection and clarity.
• Define and ship new UX patterns for checkout using insights and research.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements affecting UX.
• Collaborate with international partners to adapt terms for new markets.
• Develop deep understanding of user behavior and share insights.
