Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Terms and Payments team to design term and payment selection experiences at checkout, driving clarity, confidence, and conversion for millions of users.

You will work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics, own the roadmap from discovery through launch, and partner with Legal to navigate regulatory requirements while expanding into new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience and opinions on clear, delightful interactions.
• Analytical rigor with data interpretation and experimental results.
• World-class execution with high agency and ownership over quality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across product, design, engineering, analytics, and research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience where users select and review terms and payments, driving conversion and confidence at the moment of commitment.
• Design and run experiments to improve how users understand and choose their terms.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and analytics, from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements impacting UX.
• Collaborate with international product partners to adapt terms for new markets while keeping design system coherence.
• Develop deep user insights and share them across the team to inform decisions.
• Drive a high-impact roadmap, coordinating cross-functional partners from concept to launch and iteration.
