Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Terms and Payments team to own the core checkout experience. You will design both term and payment selection experiences to drive clarity and confidence at checkout, collaborating across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience and appreciation for clear, delightful interactions.
• Analytical rigor with data-driven decision making and experimentation.
• Able to execute with high autonomy and deliver results with quality.
• Experience working across product, design, engineering, analytics, and research.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience for terms and payments to improve conversion and clarity.
• Design and run experiments to improve how users understand and choose terms.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights, metrics, and collaboration with design and analytics.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to understand regulatory implications on UX.
• Collaborate with international product teams to adapt terms experience for new markets while maintaining design system coherence.
• Develop deep understanding of user behavior and share insights with stakeholders.
• Drive a ambitious roadmap and own execution from concept through launch and iteration.
