Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Terms and Payments team to own the checkout experience, guiding how users select their terms and payments. You will work cross‑functionally with design, engineering, research, and analytics to shape experiences at critical moments in the checkout flow.

The ideal candidate has extensive consumer product experience, a track record of moving from discovery to launch, and a passion for clarity in user interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience.
• Analytical rigor with data and experimentation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience for terms and payments to drive conversion and confidence at checkout.
• Design and run experiments to improve term understanding for users.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research and analytics insights from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to understand regulatory requirements affecting UX.
• Work with international partners to expand terms experience while maintaining design system coherence.
• Develop deep user-behavior insights and share findings with the team and stakeholders.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap, align partners, and own execution from concept to launch.
