Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Terms and Payments team. You’ll lead the checkout experience, focusing on terms and payment selection to increase clarity and conversion at the moment of commitment.

The role requires a candidate with extensive consumer product experience, capable of cross-functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, research, and analytics. Remote-first with US-wide opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Analytical rigor with ability to convert data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience for selecting terms and payments to drive conversion and clarity.
• Design and run experiments to improve understanding and choice of terms.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and collaboration with design and analytics.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to understand regulatory requirements affecting UX.
• Work with international partners to adapt the terms experience for new markets.
• Develop deep understanding of user behavior and share insights with team and stakeholders.
• Lead the roadmap and drive execution from concept to launch and iteration.
