Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager on the Terms and Payments team to design the term and payment selection experiences that drive clarity and confidence at checkout. The role sits at the core of the purchasing experience and requires extensive consumer-focused product work across product, design, engineering, research, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience; opinions on clarity and delight.
• Analytical rigor with data and experiments.
• World-class execution with high agency and quality.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong communication to drive narratives and align stakeholders.
• Coachability and openness to feedback.
• Bonus: experience with checkout, ecommerce, or fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience for selecting terms and payments, driving conversion and clarity at purchase.
• Design and run experiments to improve how users choose their terms.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research, data, and collaboration with design and analytics.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to align user experience with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with international product partners to adapt terms for new markets while keeping a coherent design system.
• Develop deep user behavior insights and share findings with the team.
• Drive a bold, prioritized roadmap from concept through launch and iteration.
