The Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod will shape the tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities used by agents to support millions of customers with speed and care.

You will understand customers and agents deeply, drive a scalable AI-enabled roadmap, and collaborate across Engineering, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership to deliver measurable improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience designing for scale with AI and automation.
• Ability to translate insights into strategy and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research and data.
• Collaborate with Servicing, Operations, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and others.
• Define and manage a thoughtful product roadmap from concept to launch.
• Design scalable systems to support growth and new channels.
