The Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod will shape tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help our agents support millions of customers with speed and care.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and senior leaders to drive a scalable, data-informed product roadmap, focusing on automation, efficiency, and a humane customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Build for scale and empathy—you craft intuitive experiences for both customers and agents.
• Thrive in complexity—you can redesign service strategy or debug an agent workflow in the same day.
• Lead with insight—you combine product intuition, behavioral understanding, and analytics.
• Operate with ownership—you move quickly and drive outcomes that matter.
• Communicate to drive clarity—your storytelling aligns stakeholders from call center to exec level.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents—through research, data, and iteration.
• Champion operational excellence—work with Servicing and Operations to streamline workflows and productivity.
• Design for scale through AI and automation—identify high-leverage areas and lead build-vs-buy for AI tooling.
• Drive an ambitious, thoughtful roadmap—prioritize opportunities and guide execution from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy—define a clear product vision informed by trends and frontline feedback.
• Instrument and measure the right metrics—set success criteria and use experiments to improve.
