We seek a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod to shape AI-powered tools and workflows that help agents support millions of customers quickly, accurately, and with care.

As a Senior PM, you’ll influence product vision, roadmap, and strategy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership to drive scalable, high-impact outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• You craft intuitive experiences for customers and agents balancing high-tech efficiency with human touch.
• You can redesign service strategy or debug an agent workflow in the same day.
• You combine product intuition with behavioral data and analytics for decisions.
• You move quickly, bring order to ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
• You communicate clearly to align stakeholders and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Design for scale through AI and automation to boost agent efficiency.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap, prioritize, and guide from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics, set success criteria, and use experiments to improve performance.
• Build scalable systems for growing business and new contact channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal and leaders.
