Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Build intuitive experiences balancing high-tech efficiency with a human touch for customers and agents.
• Thrive in complexity and redesign service strategy or debug agent workflows in a day.
• Lead with insight by combining product intuition, behavioral understanding, and analytics.
• Own outcomes, move quickly, and push for meaningful business impact.
• Communicate clearly to align stakeholders and gain buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations to streamline workflows and productivity.
• Design for scale through AI and automation; identify high-leverage automation opportunities and lead AI tooling evaluations.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap and prioritize opportunities from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends, competition, and frontline feedback.
• Measure the right metrics, set success criteria, and use experiments to improve performance.
• Build scalable systems to support growth, new contact channels, and speed/quality expectations.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and senior leaders.
