Affirm, a remote-first fintech, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod to shape tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities used by millions of customers and agents. You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and senior leaders to drive a scalable roadmap, measure outcomes, and translate insights into actionable strategy across contact channels.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Design for scale through AI and automation, leading build-vs-buy evaluations for AI tools.
• Drive an ambitious, thoughtful roadmap and guide execution from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends, competitive analysis, and frontline feedback.
• Instrument metrics and use experimentation to drive improvements.
