Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will own team strategy, partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and deliver cross-functional initiatives tied to strategic priorities.

You will define roadmaps, drive measureable outcomes, and ensure readiness for regulatory changes while building durable, high-quality processes and resources for both human and AI agents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale/global operations and fintech or financial institution
• 3+ years in scaling operations with coaching and feedback to teams
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GLBA, GDPR) and dispute management rules
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with execution and measurable outcomes
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to deliver executive-ready updates
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis
• Experience building workflows in regulatory environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy, OKRs, and business priorities
• Define program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Set up stakeholder engagement and governance, delivering executive-ready communications on status, risks, and impact
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions and drive resolution with stakeholders
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes, implement scalable improvements, and raise quality and compliance
• Own end-to-end change management—from design to adoption and measurement
• Create manuals and resources translating technical concepts for human and AI agents
• Evolve knowledge management: SOPs, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools
• Translate technical concepts into clear resources for end users and agents
• Oversee learning strategy: onboarding, continuous learning, and product rollouts
• Collaborate on experience improvements by examining customer/agent workflows
• Expand program scope across adjacent domains as needed
