Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Agent Enablement pod, shaping the experience of help for millions of customers and internal teams. The role focuses on tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities to support agents with speed, accuracy, and care.

You will own the product roadmap, translate frontline feedback into strategy, and drive scalable systems for emerging contact channels in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• You craft intuitive experiences for customers and agents with high-tech efficiency and a human touch.
• You can redesign service strategy and debug an agent workflow quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research and data.
• Collaborate with Servicing and Operations to streamline workflows.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to boost agent efficiency.
• Define and drive a clear product roadmap from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics and use experiments to improve performance.
• Build scalable systems for growing business and multiple contact channels.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
