Job summary

Affirm is seeking a people leader for the Operations Enablement team to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will define strategies to scale operations, lead a high-performing team, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure readiness for regulatory change.

You will own cross-functional programs, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver measurable business impact while building technical resources and knowledge management for both human and AI agents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale or global operations.
• 3+ years in scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to deliver executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and executive-ready communications on program status and impact.
• Identify risks and drive data-backed resolutions with stakeholders across teams.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scalable improvements for quality and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end design and deployment of training programs and knowledge resources.
• Translate technical concepts into clear manuals for humans and AI agents.
