Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will lead through influence, manage Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to drive scalable automation and market expansion.

You will define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, deliver features, measure ROI with KPIs, and collaborate on go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Identify pain points and opportunities through user research and data analysis.
• Prioritize features and maintain roadmaps in collaboration with other PMs.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own delivery of features on the roadmap and manage blockers during development.
• Track KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans.
