Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health and more. You’ll own a diverse portfolio, guiding senior PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to drive automation, integration and market expansion.

You will shape strategy, balance customer needs with technical feasibility, and drive revenue growth while reducing manual entry across workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong product leadership and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate customer insights into product strategy.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean practices.
