Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will own a diverse product portfolio, guide senior PMs, partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams, and drive automation, integration, and market expansion.
You'll champion user-centric experiences, define measurable KPIs, and balance customer needs with technical feasibility to deliver scalable solutions that
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of leading products from concept to launch.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations.
- Translate customer insights into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.
- Measure impact with KPIs and influence go-to-market plans.
- Mentor other PMs and collaborate on lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
