Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will own a portfolio and influence Senior/Staff/Associate PMs while partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations and Data/Analytics to drive scalable automation and market expansion.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, customer empathy, and delivering measurable enterprise value through ROI and streamlined workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Familiarity with modern PM tools and practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy
- Identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences
- Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support
- Own delivery of roadmap features and manage stakeholders
