Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a multi-vertical platform strategy across divisions such as Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will lead through influence, mentor PMs, and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to drive scalable automation and market expansion.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, efficiency gains, and time-to-impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data analysis.
• Prioritize features and maintain product roadmaps across domains.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Deliver features on the roadmap and manage blockers and communications.
• Define KPIs to evaluate product success and inform decisions.
• Partner on go-to-market plans to drive adoption.
• Lead lifecycle from ideation to sunset when needed.
• Champion user experience with rapid prototyping and testing.
