Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead cross-vertical platform strategy for multiple lines of business, including Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will influence senior PMs and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

This remote-first role requires 10+ years in product management, strong Agile experience, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience in technology/SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data analysis.
• Prioritize features and maintain roadmaps across domains.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Lead delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to measure product success and ROI.
• Partner on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
• Champion user experience with rigorous prototyping and feedback.
• Iterate products based on performance data and market trends.
