Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead a multi-vertical platform strategy from a home-based setting. You will own a portfolio across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health, unifying journeys with scalable automation and market expansion.

You’ll guide Senior/Staff/Associate PMs and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field is required.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Lead multi-vertical roadmaps spanning clinical and operational domains.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Track KPIs and drive ROI and time-to-impact in initiatives.
• Lead or partner with other PMs as the scope requires.
