Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

The role emphasizes customer-centric product leadership, measurable ROI, and driving revenue growth while reducing manual processes across front- and back-office workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points across tools and processes.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, feasibility and business impact.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support for successful development and launch.
• Own delivery of roadmap features and manage stakeholder expectations.
