Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health and related services. You will own a portfolio and guide Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

You will drive product initiatives from ideation through launch, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and time-to-impact,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and measurable impacts.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps; collaborate with other Product Managers to inform roadmaps.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own delivery of features/initiatives on the roadmap, manage blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Define KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
• Work with marketing and sales to develop launch plans that drive adoption.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through sunset if needed.
• Champion the user experience through research, prototyping and feedback sessions.
