Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. The role unifies multiple lines of business under a cohesive vision for critical customer and operational journeys.

You will guide Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in product management, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps across multiple domains.
• Translate needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
