Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy (Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health) from a home-based setting. You will influence Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, feasibility and business impact.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to drive development.
• Own delivery of roadmap features, manage blockers and stakeholder expectations.
• Define KPIs and monitor ROI to inform product decisions.
• Develop go-to-market plans with marketing and sales.
