Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a hands-on Associate Director for Customer Engagement Platforms & Data in San Diego with remote flexibility. You will own product management and lifecycle leadership for omnichannel engagement, CRM, and data platforms, aligning with Commercial Systems & Analytics and Enterprise Data teams.

You will drive roadmaps, backlogs, and design decisions, partnering cross-functionally to deliver compliant, scalable solutions that enable impactful patient-focused engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in business technology or IT with biotech/pharma exposure.
• 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs; product launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and delivery for customer engagement capabilities including CRM, PromoMats, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Translate strategies into product plans, backlogs, requirements, designs, estimates, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on BTS leadership for architecture, integration, security, and platform operations; ensure compliance.
• Partner with data owners to advance customer data capabilities across HCP/HCO/payer domains and data models.
• Translate journeys and omnichannel priorities into scalable platform capabilities with AI strategy support.
• Oversee releases, incidents, and service levels for jointly operated platforms; ensure privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive change management, adoption, and benefits realization through process improvement and governance.
