Within is seeking a senior product leader to own the connective layer between GTM, Value Delivery and engineering as we scale our AI-native platform. You will define cross-pod work, build the agentic loops and context flows, and drive faster, better-informed decision making across product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes data-instrumentation, prioritization, and clear external and internal communications, including release notes and enablement.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product at B2B SaaS or AI-platforms with staff-level scope.
• Experience turning field input into product signal for rollouts.
• Proven ability to coordinate GTM, Value Delivery and engineering.
• Strong data skills with dashboards and product instrumentation.

Aufgaben

• Define and delegate work across multiple product pods and run AI-native product-ops motions.
• Build agentic loops and context flows to keep pods aligned and reduce inter-pod conflicts.
• Own prioritization, resource allocation, and metrics to drive faster decisions.
• Co-own release communications, enablement, and customer-facing documentation.
• Provide leadership visibility into usage, shipping, and outcomes.
