Qualifications

• 7+ Years in Product Management focusing on Orchestration, Workflow Automation, or Integration Platforms.
• Strong architectural mindset with love for If-This-Then-That logic and state machines.
• Technical fluency discussing APIs, webhooks, and distributed event processing.
• Applied AI knowledge with a systems-builder perspective, balancing reliability and human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the Orchestration Roadmap: end-to-end lifecycle of workflow builder, triggers, and action framework.
• Deepen the integration fabric with Salesforce, Marketo, Slack, and other ecosystems.
• Drive pragmatic AI integration to reduce manual friction in orchestration.
• Bridge to agentic use cases and define standards for Model Context Protocol safety.
• Ensure scale and performance for real-time alerts across a large user base.
