Within is seeking a senior product leader to scale an AI-native product-ops layer, coordinating product pods, and driving faster, better-informed decision making across GTM, Value Delivery, and engineering. You will shape context, dashboards, and release communications while aligning executives with what is shipping and what is landing.

The role demands 7+ years in B2B SaaS or AI platforms, strong systems thinking, and fluency in data instrumentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product at B2B SaaS or AI-platform companies
• A systems thinker who works across the whole org
• A translator between GTM and engineering
• A connector and a clear writer
• Fluent in data and instrumentation (SQL, analytics tooling)
• A discerning filter who protects the org from noise
• AI-native systems builder who orchestrates multi-person workflows

Responsibilities

• Define and delegate work across multiple product pods, run an AI-native product-ops motion
• Prioritization and resource allocation across pods
• Develop the context-and-metrics layer with dashboards and monitoring
• Oversee GTM, engineering, and customer communication loops
• Provide product signal with usage insights to leadership and teams
