Job summary

Within is seeking a Product Manager to own AI-enabled product surfaces end to end, from discovery through delivery, collaborating with the CTO, engineering, and design leads. You’ll prototype, define problems, and ship tangible results that reshape enterprise AI workflows.

You will run customer interviews, prioritize features, and partner with GTM to turn insights into measurable outcomes. Relentless execution and strong UX sense are essential for this fast-moving, AI-native role.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in product management in B2B SaaS or AI-platforms.
• Ability to ship working prototypes with AI tooling and show links.
• Credible with architecture diagrams, system tradeoffs, and API docs.
• Experience shipping gen AI features with product-market fit.
• Strong UX intuition and ability to distill needs into simple UX.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and write crisp PRDs in a day or two.
• Build prototypes with AI tooling to validate direction.
• Conduct customer interviews and turn feedback into insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on requirements and tradeoffs.
• Own AI-native behavior and define success metrics up front.
• Present outcomes clearly to team and customers.
• Grow ownership as the team evolves.
