Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Director of Product Strategy to bridge product direction with how we sell, enable, and position it in market. You will evaluate the market, competition, and partners to identify opportunities to expand TAM and inform strategy. You will own QBR content and present with executives across marquee events.

You will work with CPO and product line leaders to evolve the agentic revenue platform, guiding pricing and packaging decisions while driving AI adoption across the platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting, product management or sales strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Ability and desire to dig into new technologies and develop disruptive strategies.
• Market research, qualitative and quantitative, experience leading projects.
• Proven track record presenting product overviews and strategy to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate market reality into actionable product context and roadmap.
• Evangelize roadmap across GTM teams and customers with depth and conviction.
• Track market and competition to inform Outreach positioning and priorities.
• Collaborate with partners to expand offerings and pricing models.
