Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead cross-functional launches and shape how we go to market for AI-powered solutions. You’ll bridge Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps and Enablement to build scalable processes and playbooks.

Develop compelling positioning for key buyers, enable sales with training and assets, and monitor impact with SFDC, Gong, and Pendo to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with GTM accountability.
• Strong GTM, sales enablement, and B2B software knowledge.
• AI and commercial tech acumen with Jira, SFDC, Pendo, Gong.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Analytical market sensing and data-driven decision making.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in a high-growth software or data company.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement.
• Coordinate launch framework, positioning, messaging, enablement, and execution plans.
• Mine win/loss data, Gong conversations, feedback, and market trends to refine positioning.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for key buyer personas.
• Equip Sales and Customer teams with training, pricing guidance, plays, and enablement materials.
• Track KPIs in SFDC, Gong, Pendo to measure performance.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for growth.
• Adapt GTM strategies based on feedback and product evolution.
