Within is transforming enterprise AI adoption by building an agentic operating system linking product pods, engineering, and GTM. You will define an AI-native product-ops motion, delegate work across pods, and optimize context flows to keep teams aligned and fast.

You will own dashboards and metrics, translating field input into prioritized product signals, and craft release communications that align engineering, design, GTM, and executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product at B2B SaaS or AI-platform companies, at staff-level scope.
• Translator between GTM and engineering, turning field input into product signal.
• You write release comms, enablement, and prioritization narratives for multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and delegate work across multiple product pods and run an AI-native product-ops motion.
• Prioritization and resource allocation to keep pods aligned with priorities.
• Build the context-and-metrics layer with dashboards and monitoring of usage and productivity.
• Own the release communications, rollout enablement for GTM and Value Delivery, and customer documentation.
• Provide product signals to leadership with current shipping, landing, and blockers.
